Please complete the attached form for each member of the family that will be registering for nippers or as a parent volunteer
Parents registering to volunteer may need to complete a Volunteer WWC Check.

We would prefer that the fees are paid via Direct Deposit (Family Name as Reference); however, if required, we can accept cash on the day
